Cooking Instruction:

• Cook rice until fluffy and well-cooked, then set aside.
• Heat oil in a pan and sauté preferred vegetables (like eggplant, peas) until tender; set aside.
• Mix 2 tablespoons of Panchabhootani Vaangi Bhath Powder with water to make a paste; set aside.
• In another pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves; allow to splutter.
• Sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
• Add chopped tomatoes, cook until soft and oil separates.
• Add Vaangi Bhath Powder paste, cook until raw aroma fades.
• Mix in sautéed vegetables, combine well with spice mixture.
• Add cooked rice, gently combine until evenly coated.
• Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
• Serve hot with yogurt or raita on the side.
