In a pressure cooker, heat 200ml vegetable oil and fry 200g chopped onions until golden brown.
Add 200g chopped tomatoes, 200ml curd and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 kg cooked mutton / chicken or 500g mixed vegetables, along with 50g Meiyal Biryani Masala and fry for 6-8 minutes.
Add necessary water, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 kg biryani rice, salt to taste, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Cook until done, then let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Delicious biryani is ready to serve.
