Method of Preparation

In a pan, heat oil and fry chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, slit green chilies and desiccated coconut, slow-roasting until brown.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Then add 1 kg of chicken, crushed black pepper, curry leaves, salt and 100g of Meiyal Chettinad Masala, sautéing for 3-5 minutes.
Add required water, cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked with a thick masala coating. Adjust the consistency as needed.
