Method of Preparation

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Fry 2 large chopped onions and 15-20 shallots with 3-4 chopped green chilies.
Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and 3 medium chopped tomatoes. Cook until soft.
Stir in the required coconut paste and fry well. Add 1 kg chicken along with 100g Meiyal Chicken Masala and mix thoroughly.
Add the required amount of water and continue cooking until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped coriander.
You can also use this masala in your favourite vegetable curries.
