Method of Preparation

Heat 100g of oil and 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds until they splutter. Fry 150g of chopped onions until golden brown.
Add 100g of coconut paste, 50g of poppy seed paste and 75g of chopped tomatoes(optional), frying well.
Stir in 50g of Meiyal Curry Powder along with the required amount of water and 1kg of mixed vegetables/ chicken or mutton.
Cook until done, then garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
